I have a lot of interests, but since I can remember I've been especially interested in health and wellness. Yep, I was that kid that read books about the human body for fun. I have been intrigued by birth since I was 12 when my sister started having babies. That interest turned into a passion for women's health and all things pregnancy and birth related in my early twenties. I finally followed my passion for birth work by completing my doula training in January 2024.

Aimee came in like an angel when my original doula was an able to provide in person services. My water broke at 35 weeks and I had to be induced with pitocin for 12 hours, which was not my birth plan whatsoever. The first time I met Aimee I was on pitocin for 10 hours and was deep in labor land. I was coping okay on my own and with my husband’s help, but Aimee’s timing couldn’t have been more perfect because we were reaching our limits. She jumped right in with comfort measures and encouraging words. She gave me suggestions for different positions that helped baby get in optimal position. I am so grateful for Aimee’s help in my active labor and immediate post partum period. I really don’t think I could have gave birth with no pain medicine without her help (which was a huge goal of mine). I would highly recommend her services to any expecting mother!

I have always been a creative soul and needed that outlet. I have and continue to pursue many different creative things, one of those being photography. I specialize in birth photography but am passionate about capturing the whole journey of motherhood, including maternity, birth, nursing, and mama's with their littles.
My hope is to document your birth and family in a way that allows you to remember how that moment in time felt. That your photos will live on for generations.
Motherhood Photography
As a birth doula, my main role is to come alongside you before, during and after labor and delivery to support you physically and emotionally. I take the time to get to know you, both your hopes and worries, and we work together to plan for the birth that you desire.
I aim to fill the gaps in prenatal care by helping you feel informed and empowered because I believe that informed women have empowered birthing experiences! In a society that depicts birth has a scary thing, I'm here to remind you that your body was created to do this and it is a beautiful thing.
