Birth Support
As a birth doula, my main role is to come alongside you before, during and after labor and delivery to support you physically and emotionally. I take the time to get to know you, both your hopes and worries, and we work together to plan for the birth that you desire.
I aim to fill the gaps in prenatal care by helping you feel informed and empowered because I believe that informed women have empowered birthing experiences! In a society that depicts birth has a scary thing, I'm here to remind you that your body was created to do this and it is a beautiful thing.

Aimee was such an amazing Doula! Being my 5th pregnancy, and having had 3 inductions prior, I wanted to avoid induction if at all possible. Aimee was a fantastic support and advocate for me, educating me and reminding me that my desires for an all-natural L&D were essential and a priority, even with delivering at a hospital. When the baby's position didn't change for 5 hours, despite dilation progressing, she knew exactly what to do. She helped me change positions, and the baby came two contractions later (or at least it felt that fast). Aimee's continued support after delivery and checking in on me in the days/weeks postpartum also speaks powerfully to her dedication to this practice. I would recommend Aimee to anyone, regardless of the type of delivery you'd want; she will be support you and shower you with her expertise, patience, and devotion to the beautiful miracle of birth.

Aimee came in like an angel when my original doula was unable to provide in person services. My water broke at 35 weeks and I had to be induced with pitocin for 12 hours, which was not my birth plan whatsoever. The first time I met Aimee I was on pitocin for 10 hours and was deep in labor land. I was coping okay on my own and with my husband’s help, but Aimee’s timing couldn’t have been more perfect because we were reaching our limits. She jumped right in with comfort measures and encouraging words. She gave me suggestions for different positions that helped baby get in optimal position. I am so grateful for Aimee’s help in my active labor and immediate post partum period. I really don’t think I could have gave birth with no pain medicine without her help (which was a huge goal of mine). I would highly recommend her services to any expecting mother!

Aimee was amazing! I was planning on vaginal delivery but then it changed to a C section. My husband and Aimee were able to be in the room with me. Aimee took very good care of me. Her couple sessions before having my baby were very useful and very informative and supportive. Her support meant a lot to me during pregnancy and after pregnancy. I highly recommend Aimee!

what you can expect
Since I can remember I've been especially interested in health and wellness. Yep, I was that kid that read books about the human body for fun. I have been intrigued by birth since I was 12 when my sister started having babies. That interest turned into a passion for women's health and all things pregnancy and birth related in my early twenties. I finally followed my passion for birth work by completing my doula training in January 2024. I also have always had a creative bug and melded these two passions by adding photography to my offerings which I have really loved!
